But don’t worry—it’s easy to get caught up. You can manually check off any lessons or quizzes you’ve already completed, and you’ll be right back on track in no time.
How to manually mark lessons complete
Head to your course.
Click into the video you’ve already watched.
Scroll down and click the Mark Complete button underneath the video.
That’s it! The platform will automatically take you to the next lesson.
You can repeat this for any lessons you’ve already finished—and it only takes a few minutes to mark a full course complete if you’ve already worked through it.
What about quizzes?
If you've already completed a quiz in the old system, you don’t need to retake it—unless you'd like the extra practice! You can simply click Mark Complete on the quiz lesson to move forward.

While we’re not able to update the new system for you directly, you’re welcome to mark lessons complete based on your progress so far. And if you’re unsure what you’ve completed or need confirmation, just submit a ticket and we’ll help you out.
