If something in the Biddy Tarot app isn’t loading properly — like missing posts, messages not syncing, or courses not showing — don’t worry! These issues are usually caused by the app needing a quick update or refresh.
The good news? It’s an easy fix.
🔄 Why this happens
Our app is powered by a platform called Circle, and they release lots of updates behind the scenes — sometimes even daily. These updates usually don’t come through the App Store or Google Play. Instead, they show up inside the app as a little banner at the top of your screen that says:
“Update Available – Tap to refresh”
If you haven’t opened the app in a few days, you’ll almost always see this banner. It means there are changes waiting to load — and tapping that banner forces the app to fully sync with the latest content and updates.
✅ What to do
1. Look for the “Update Available” banner
- When you open the app, check the top of the screen
- If you see the “Update Available” banner, tap it!
The app will refresh and everything should load normally.
💡 This does not update your app through the App Store — it just pulls in the newest content and features from Circle.
2. If you’re still seeing issues:
- Go to the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android)
- Search for Biddy Tarot
- Tap Update if it’s available
3. Still stuck? Do a clean reinstall
- Delete the Biddy Tarot app from your device
- Reinstall it from the App Store or Google Play
- Log back in using the same email you signed up with
This gives you a clean version of the app and clears out anything stuck in the background.
