Having trouble downloading your eBook on your phone or tablet? Here’s what to do.
If you’re using a mobile device and you’ve tapped on the eBook file inside your Biddy Tarot course or product, you might see two options at the top of the screen: Share and Done.
It’s not super intuitive—but to download the eBook, you’ll actually need to tap Share.
If You’re Using an iPhone or iPad:
- Tap the Share button in the top-left corner of the PDF screen
- Scroll down the options until you see Save to Files
- Tap Save to Files, then choose the folder or location on your device
- Tap Save—your file is now downloaded to your phone!
If You’re Using an Android Device:
- Tap the Share button in the top-left corner of the PDF screen
- Depending on your device and settings, you may see options like:
- Download Save as PDF
- Save to Drive
- Save to Files
- Choose the option that works best for you to save the file to your device
