How do I update my notifications in the platform?

Whether you want to stay in the loop or cut down the noise, it’s easy to manage your notification preferences inside the Biddy Tarot community on Circle.

In this article, we’ll show you how to:

  • Customize your email, in-app, and push notifications

  • Choose which Spaces you get notified about

  • Turn off all community notifications if you prefer

  • Understand the difference between Circle notifications and Biddy Tarot marketing emails

Managing notifications on a desktop browser

  1. Log in to my.biddytarot.com

  2. Click your profile photo in the top right corner

  3. Select Notifications from the dropdown

You’ll see two columns:

  • Email notifications – alerts sent to your inbox

  • In-app notifications – alerts shown while you’re inside the platform

From here, you can:

  • Choose which Spaces you want updates from

  • Decide how and where you’d like to be notified

  • Click Save Changes at the bottom to lock in your preferences

Want to stop all notifications at once?
Just scroll to the very bottom of the page and click the red “Turn Off All Community Notifications” button.

Managing notifications on mobile

  1. Open the Circle app on your phone

  2. Tap your profile photo in the top right corner

  3. Tap the settings gear icon (also top right)

  4. Select Notifications

You’ll be able to manage:

  • Email notifications – messages sent to your inbox

  • Push notifications – alerts that pop up on your phone even when you're not using the app

  • In-app notifications – updates that appear while you're actively using the app

In each section, toggle the options on or off depending on what you’d like to receive. When you're done, make sure to tap “Done” at the top to save your changes.

Not seeing what you expected?

At the top of the Notifications page, you may see a checkbox that says:
“Offers, news, and updates via email” — this refers only to emails sent by Circle, not by Biddy Tarot.

Unchecking this will not remove you from our marketing emails about programs, classes, or promotions.
