If you’re having trouble logging into your account, accepting your invite, or are seeing an error message—don’t worry. Whether you’re returning to the platform or joining for the first time, we’ll walk you through exactly what to do based on the issue you’re seeing.
1. We’ve moved! Did you accept your invite back in July 2025?
If you haven’t accepted your invite yet, you won’t be able to log in until you’ve completed your account setup on the new platform.
When we moved to our new Circle platform in July 2025, everyone received a unique invite to set up their new account.
What to do:
First, try resetting your password using the email where you received your invite: 👉 Reset your password
If it works, you’re in! 🎉
If the password reset doesn’t work, it means your account setup isn’t complete.
👉 Submit a ticket and we’ll resend your invite so you can finish creating your account.
Don’t worry—you haven’t lost access to your programs or courses. Once your new account is set up, everything will be right where you left it.
2. I accepted my invite, but my email and password aren’t working
If you already set up your new account and were able to log in previously—but now your email and password aren’t working—it’s likely due to your password manager auto-filling outdated info.
This is one of the most common issues we see.
Here’s how to fix it:
- Try resetting your password here: 👉 Reset your password
- Once you’ve created your new password, make sure to update your browser or password manager (like Chrome, Safari, or iCloud Keychain).
- If it’s still trying to auto-fill your old info from the previous platform, you’ll keep running into login errors.
- If resetting your password doesn’t work, or you’re seeing a specific error message, check if the below solution solves your issue.

3. I clicked my invite, but I keep getting a message saying I’ve already been invited
If you see a red error message that says:
“You’ve been sent an invite to this community before. Please accept your invite to finish creating your account.”
It means you already have a Circle account, likely from joining another community in the past. Even if you don’t remember joining another group, Circle is the platform that hosts multiple communities, and your email may already be tied to a general Circle account.
Here’s what to do:
🛠 You must open your invite in a private browser window to complete setup.
- Go to your email and copy the invite link (don’t click it)
- Open a private (incognito) browser window:
- Chrome or Brave: 3 vertical dots (⋮) top right → New Incognito Window
- Safari: File → New Private Window
- Firefox: 3 horizontal lines (☰) top right → New Private Window
- Edge: 3 vertical dots (⋮) top right → New InPrivate Window
- Paste the invite link and hit enter
- Follow the setup steps to create your account using the same email your invite was sent to
Once you’re in, you can either:
- Keep logging in directly at my.biddytarot.com for Biddy access only
OR
- If you’d like to access all your Circle communities in one place: Go to login.circle.so
- Log in using your existing Circle account
- Click your profile photo (top right) → Communities Select “Join” next to Biddy Tarot to add us to your list
