Here’s everything you need to know about upgrading, downgrading, switching plans, canceling, and managing your membership with us. We’ve answered the most common questions below to help you make changes with clarity and confidence.
🔼 If I upgrade, will I be charged right away?
Yes—you’ll be charged the full price of the new plan immediately, and your billing cycle will reset from today. You’ll get instant access to your upgraded membership. We don’t offer proration or credit for unused time on your previous plan.
🔄 If I upgrade from Monthly to Annual, what happens to my monthly subscription?
When you upgrade to the annual plan, you’ll be charged the full annual price immediately, and your new annual billing cycle begins that day. Your monthly subscription will be canceled to prevent double billing. Any time left on your monthly plan won’t be credited, but we may offer a bonus month if requested.
🔽 What happens if I downgrade my membership?
Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You’ll continue to enjoy the full benefits of your current plan until then, and your new (lower) plan will begin on your next renewal. We don’t offer refunds or partial credits for downgrades.
🔁 Can I switch from an annual plan to monthly?
Yes—if you switch from an annual to a monthly plan, the change will take effect at the end of your current annual term. You’ll keep access until then, and your new monthly billing will begin on your next renewal date.
⏏️ Can I cancel my membership and get a refund?
Memberships are prepaid and non-refundable. When you cancel, your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. You can cancel anytime to avoid renewal.
⏪ What if I accidentally upgraded or changed plans?
We understand mistakes happen! If you contact us within 48 hours of the change, we may be able to offer a one-time courtesy refund or credit. After that window, our standard policy applies and refunds are not available.
🔀 How do I update my billing info, check my plan, or cancel my membership?
You can manage your billing details anytime by logging into your personal billing portal here:

Just enter the email address associated with your account (the same one you use to access my.biddytarot.com). From there, you’ll be able to:
- View your current Collective membership plan
- Download and print receipts
- See your full purchase history, including courses and digital products
- Cancel your membership if needed
*️⃣ What happens if my payment fails?
If your payment doesn’t go through, you’ll be notified right away. The system will retry the payment up to three additional times. If the issue isn’t resolved by the final attempt, your membership will be automatically canceled.

⏹️ What happens to my account if I cancel—and how do I rejoin later?
When your paid Collective membership ends, your account becomes a Free Community account. You’ll still have access to:
- Anything included with a free account
- All purchases you’ve made previously
Nothing is lost, and your account remains active. If you’d like to rejoin the Collective at any time, just head to 👉 biddytarot.com/thecollective to sign up again.
