If you clicked your invite to join the Biddy Tarot Community and Circle keeps sending you to a login screen or asking you to “accept your invite” without actually letting you in, you’re not alone! This happens when someone already has a Circle account from joining another group or program in the past.
Even if you don’t remember joining anything on Circle, your email might already be connected to a Circle account from another business or course.
Not sure how to log in?
Here’s what to do if you’re not sure what your Circle login is:
- Go to https://login.circle.so
- Log in using the same email address where you received our invite
- If you don’t know your password, click “Forgot Password” on the login page to reset it
- If you’re unsure which email your invite was sent to, contact us here and we’ll confirm it for you
Once you’ve confirmed your login, follow the steps below to open your invite in a fresh window (this avoids issues caused by being logged into the wrong Circle account).
How to open your invite link so Circle works properly
- Right-click on the invite link in your email (Or, press and hold the link on your phone or tablet)
- Select “Copy Link” or “Copy Link Address”
- Open a private (incognito) window in your browser:
- Chrome or Brave: Click the three dots (top right) → New Incognito Window
- Safari: Click “File” (top left) → New Private Window
- Edge: Click the three dots (top right) → New InPrivate Window
- Firefox: Click the three lines (top right) → New Private Window
- Paste the invite link into that private window (Click the address bar, right-click, and select Paste, then press Enter)
- Log in using the same email address your invite was sent to
- Once you’re logged in, click your profile photo (top right corner)
- From the dropdown, click “Communities”
- You should now see Biddy Tarot listed, click to join!
