What’s happening?
You’ve most likely already set up your account — but because the new platform shares a similar domain with our old one, your password manager (like Chrome or iCloud Keychain) may be trying to auto-fill the wrong password. This can lead to login errors or confusion.
Here’s what to do:
Try resetting your password
If you’re not sure what password you used when you created your new account, you can reset it here:
This will allow you to choose a new password for the new platform at my.biddytarot.com
Important: Save your old password if you still use the old platform
Our old platform (community.biddytarot.com) is still available until July 31st.
Because both sites use the same root domain (biddytarot.com), your password manager may try to overwrite your old saved login.
If you’re still using the old site before July 31st, make sure to write down or save your old password somewhere safe before updating your login info for the new platform.
