If you didn’t receive your invite, it could be due to a spam filter — or because you already have a Circle account from another community. Here are a few ways to troubleshoot:
Step 1: Double-check Common Folders
Sometimes the invite gets delivered, but your inbox sorts it out of view. Try checking:
- Spam, Junk, or Promotions folders
- Archived mail (especially if using filters or rules)
- Gmail users: Check your Promotions, Updates, and Forums tabs
- Outlook users: Look in both the Focused and Other inboxes
Search your inbox for this subject line:
“✨[IMPORTANT] Activate your Biddy Tarot account & access your content”
And the sender will be: no-reply@notifications.circle.so
Step 2: Mark Circle as a Safe Sender
To help make sure you receive future emails from us and Circle, please:
Add no-reply@notifications.circle.so to your contacts or safe senders list If you use a custom email host (like your own domain), ask your provider to whitelist Circle
Step 3: Try the Password Reset Option (it really works!)
If you never saw the invite, you might still be able to access your account by setting your password directly:
- Go to Reset My Password
- Enter the email address you used at purchase
- Follow the email instructions to set your password
- After resetting, you’ll be guided to create your profile and join the community 🎉
Step 4: Already in Circle? Follow These Steps!
If you’ve joined any other Circle community before (for example, another course or program), your email is already tied to a global Circle account.
That means you won’t get a fresh invite from us — but you can still join the Biddy Tarot Community by following these steps:
- Go to https://app.circle.so/login
- Log in using the same email you’ve used with other Circle communities
- Click your profile picture in the top right corner
- Select “Communities” from the dropdown
- Look for Biddy Tarot in the list
If you’d like to use a different email address instead, just let us know.
