If you need to update the email address on your Biddy Tarot account, we’re here to help.
This request needs a quick review by our team first to make sure your access stays fully intact across all systems—including your Community login and any programs or purchases you’ve made.

Please include both your current email address and the new email address you’d like to use. Once we’ve reviewed your account, we’ll let you know the best next step.
In most cases, we’ll simply guide you to contact Circle Support directly at support@circle.so to complete the change. But if there are duplicate accounts or other issues that could affect your access, we’ll walk you through exactly what to do to avoid disruptions.

If you no longer have access to your original email account, we may request:
- The last 4 digits of the credit card used to make your purchase
- Your billing address on file
This is just to protect your privacy and ensure we’re updating the correct account.
