What file types are supported and what do I do if my file isn’t uploading?

Below you will find a list of all the supported file types for images, documents, audio, and video. 

Please note: Files must be under 100 MB and if dragging and dropping the file does not work, please locate the file using the pop-up menu instead. 

If you are having trouble uploading a supported file type for your reading, have confirmed it is under 100 MB and have selected it from the file menu, it may be due to the file name.

We suggest not using any special characters or spaces and instead, substitute spaces with an underscore. For example:

• ClientName_Reading_440432.pdf

If your file is still not able to be uploaded, please use a free file hosting site such as Google Drive, Dropbox, Microsoft OneDrive etc.

Once you have uploaded the file to your account, make sure it is accessible by link only. Please do not make the file require a password, as this can cause additional issues.

From there, simply copy and paste the link in your Tarot Reading submission to your client.
