Dealing With Difficult Clients

Difficult Clients. We’ve all had them. Whether it’s the Client who won’t give away any clues, or the Client who keeps coming back with the same question over and over again. 

They seem to sap our energy and leave us feeling down and depleted. But it doesn’t have to be that way. In fact, there are some very positive ways to deal with difficult Clients, without having to run and hide every time you see their email come through or their phone number come up.
