Typically, when videos and webinars take a long time to load, there are issues with internet connectivity. Here are some steps we’d recommend to ensure the best internet connection:
- Close out of any open tabs or programs that update frequently, such as Facebook, Twitter, Dropbox, YouTube, etc.) and then reload the page.
- Try opening the video in a private/incognito window.
- Clear out your internet browser cookies/cache.
- Check to see if you have a VPN or Adblocker in place - you may want to consider disabling these while watching the video.
- Check your internet speed to ensure that your connection is strong.
