Sometimes the wrong star rating is left by a client, which can bring your average star rating score down. (Pssst… you’re the only person who sees your star rating, so try not to worry about it too much, if it does happen!)
Typically, the client has left amazing feedback - but the star rating does not reflect this. They might also message you to let you know that they clicked on the wrong star when leaving feedback.
We totally understand that you’ll want to have it corrected - and it's no problem at all!
Please ensure that the client has left a comment on the reading with the correct star rating, and email the Helpdesk directly at email@example.com to advise that the rating needs to be updated.
Alternatively, the client can email the Helpdesk and request the update on your behalf.
Either way, please be sure to include the reading number and a short description of why the rating needs to be changed. The team will adjust the rating for you immediately!
