When you send us a question or a request for help, we send you an automatic reply that lets you know that we will answer your ticket as soon as possible. It looks like this:
When you see an email like that, you can rest assured that Team Biddy is working on your request and will get back to you shortly! Once your request has been completed you will receive a notification that looks like this:
It may seem like you didn’t get an answer to your request for help when you receive an email that states, “Your request has been completed.” This email is simply a notification that it was complete, and not actually the response to your request.
You will receive another notification that contains our reply. This sometimes comes in a thread to the above email or may end up in another inbox, so be sure to check your spam/junk/ and promotional inboxes as well.
