Biddy Tarot is committed to helping you reach your Tarot goals. If you are experiencing extenuating circumstances that are keeping you from remaining in the Community, please reach out to us at support@biddytarot.com
If you are 100% sure there is nothing we can help you with so that you can stay with us, you’ll need to fill out the cancellation form.
You can either log onto your Community Dashboard and click the above link or access the form through the following steps:
- Navigate to My Account, then click on Payments
- Scroll to the bottom and click on Cancel Membership. From there, you will be prompted to answer a few questions about your Community experience, and then you'll be able to submit your cancellation request.
Once you submit your membership cancellation, you will retain full access to the Community until the end of your billing period.
When your cancellation survey is confirmed, and you’ve reached the end of your time in the Community, you will no longer have access to the Community’s resources, including Tarot 101 or the Free Tarot Readings platform (although you can still request Free Tarot Readings as a client).
Please note that even if you missed your cancellation deadline by only a day or two, Biddy Tarot has a strict no-refunds policy. Your membership requires a significant investment of time, energy, and love.
There are no refunds given for partial months/years or unused memberships (unless required by Australian Law – see our full refund policy here).
