If you have trouble logging in, please try the following (if you have not done so already):
- Verify the website URL is community.biddytarot.com
OR - Verify the website URL is programs.biddytarot.com
- Make sure caps lock is OFF
- Clear any existing text in the username/password fields
- Manually re-type the username/password combination as shown above in all lowercase (do not copy/paste)
- Verify there are no additional spaces before or after the username/password
If the issue persists beyond the above, you may need to:
- Quit and relaunch your web browser (on Windows: 'File - Quit [or Close]'. On Mac: 'Safari - Quit Safari')
- Test in a different web browser (use Mozilla Firefox, for example, if you have been using Google Chrome)
- Restart your device/computer
- Test on a different device/computer
Should the error persist beyond all above troubleshooting, please include the following details when you speak to a support advisor so we may better assist you from here:
- A screenshot of the error message(s) and/or the specific error message(s), typed word-for-word
- Web browser(s) tested (e.g. Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, Mac Safari, etc.) and resulting error, if different from above
- Type of device(s) and operating system(s) tested (e.g. Dell PC running Windows 10, Mac OS Catalina, iPhone X iOS 13.3, etc.)
After you've signed back in successfully, we recommend updating your password to something unique to you for optimum privacy and security. Just go to 'Dashboard - Settings - General', and you can change your password there.
Update Payment Method
You can update your payment information using this secure form. Ensure to use the same name and email as you did when registering so your new payment method gets applied to your original account and does not create a new account.
