If you've recently made a purchase with Biddy Tarot and are wondering how to access your content, we're here to help!
👉🏼 Your purchase is in your Biddy Tarot Account at community.biddytarot.com. Once you've logged in, you'll land on the Community Dashboard and your purchase will be under My Products on the left-hand menu. If you only see icons, just click the 3 dashes at the top to expand the menu.
How to Access Your Biddy Tarot Account
1. Go to the Biddy Tarot Community Platform
Visit community.biddytarot.com in your browser.
2. Enter Your Login Credentials
- Enter Your Username: Your username is the email address you used to make your purchase.
- Enter Your Password: If you remember your password, simply type it in and log in.
Forgot Your Password?
No problem! Follow these steps to reset it:
- Click on "Forgot Password?"
- Check your email for a reset link and follow the prompts to create a new password.
❗ Pro Tip: If you don’t see the email in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder. Sometimes automated emails are mistakenly filtered there.
3. Access Your Purchase
Once you’re logged in, your Community Dashboard will display all the content and courses you’ve purchased in a simple, easy-to-navigate format.
You'll find your purchased products, courses, eBooks, etc. under My Products on the left-hand menu.
You'll also have the opportunity to request free Practice Tarot Readings with a developing reader. And preview what else we have to offer inside of the Biddy Tarot Community (with the option to purchase a membership for access).
What to do if Your Purchase is Not Showing
If you’ve followed the steps above but don’t see your purchase listed, don’t worry! Here’s what to do:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our support team for assistance.

Provide Details: Include the following information in your message:
- The email address you used to make the purchase.
- The product or course you purchased.
- Any error messages you’ve encountered or details of what’s not working.
- We’ll Fix It: Once we receive your message, we’ll review your access details and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
